Documentation
Description
These functions allow you to edit standard texts used in the forms in Training and Event Management. You can change the texts in the current client or copy them from client '000' to the current client.
Note
Since these standard texts are also used in other applications, please bear in mind that the changes you make to the standard texts take effect everywhere else they occur too.
If you change the text name, this is not included when notifications are output.
Change company logo
This function allows you to store a TIFF graphic as a standard SAPscript text.
The name of the standard text that is used is the text name delivered with the sample text in client 000 ('ADRS_HEADER_LOGO_BMON').
Advantage:
The graphic is changed centrally. This means that it does not have to be maintained everywhere the standard text occurs.
Disadvantage:
The change applies to every occurrence of the graphic.
For further information, refer to the report's Extended Help by choosing Help on the report screen.
Change sender
This function allows you to maintain the sender in the address window of the form.
If the standard text ('ADRS_SENDER') is not yet available in the current client, the system offers to copy the standard text from client '000' before you access the editor.
Change footer
This function allows you to maintain the footer of the form.
If the standard text ('ADRS_FOOTER') is not yet available in the current client, the system offers to copy it from client '000' before you access the editor.
