This field indicates the position in each line of the source file where data begins for the following three fields:
- Initial position goods number
- Initial position goods text
- Initial position special unit of measure
Example
To indicate that the commodity code (or the import code) begins with the 1st character (1st position) in each line of the source code, enter "1" in the Initial position goods number field.
