Use
At the time of service acceptance, this tells you that the service in question was planned in the purchase order.
This information helps you decide which service lines you wish to scrutinize particularly carefully during the acceptance process.
As a rule, you will want to subject unplanned performed services to closer scrutiny than those that were entered with reference to a purchase order and thus do not manifest any variances with respect to quantities or prices.
