Definition

Determines the number of planning periods that you want to be additionally fixed (firmed) during non-active, repeated automatic dispatching.

Use

In the case of non-active repeated automatic dispatching, all the planning periods from the start of the period of examination up to the current period are excluded from re-sequencing. The planning result of previous sequence planning runs is thus retained and is fixed for sequencing.

You can use this parameter to specify how many additional planning periods after the current planning period are to be fixed for sequencing.
