Definition

Use

Indicator is set

A dialog is displayed at the start of the print run in which you can make your own output settings.

Indicator is not set (default)

The print run is carried out with user-specific or standard output options.

Dependencies

The indicator only applies for online processing and for printing without a selection list.

Notes

The print options apply for every single document in the print run.

The New spool request indicator is an exception to the rule. In the default setting, a print run generates exactly one spool request. For this reason, the first document of a print run is generated by default with the indicator set, and all other documents are generated without the indicator set.
The indicator set in Customizing for the correspondence activity letter is ignored.
