Documentation
Definition
Specifies a possible value of an order characteristic. The characteristic value is the value or attribute of an order characteristic. The system determines the value from the definition you enter in the IMG activity order characteristics.
Example
For example, if you want to specify values for a material with the characteristic group "material", enter the key of all materials you want to display in color in the order bar. Then assign a color to each material via the field element type.
Use
The values of the characteristic are recorded in a fixed values table or in a check table depending on the characteristic group of an order characteristic.
- Constant
You can only assign the characteristic value "blank" to this characteristic group. The sequence schedule constantly displays the color you assign.
- Dependent on situation (planned order)
For this characteristic group, the possible values depend on the table field you specified for the characteristic definition. If, for example, you selected the scheduling indicator TRMKZ, the characteristic can accept the values not set ("blank") or set ("x").
- Action control
For this characteristic group, you can specify actions. The system always displays the last action carried out.
- Date difference
For this characteristic group, you can specify that "blank" is the standard value and the values '<' (date difference negative) '>' (date difference positive) and '=' (same date).
- User exit
For this characteristic group, you only have to specify the standard value "blank". You determine the other values using the user exit.
- Characteristic (configuration)
For this characteristic group, you have to determine the possible values of the characteristic from the class system.
- Material
For this characteristic group, you can specify all materials you want to plan in the sequence schedule as the characteristic value.
- Alternating
For this characteristic group, you do not have to specify any values and colors. The system assigns different colors to the planned orders in the sequence schedule to provide a more transparent display.
Dependencies
- You have to specify the blank (value ' ') for every order characteristicas this value is always valid if the system cannot determine any other values.
