Definition
A whitelist element is an entry of a whitelist, and, together with the whitelist name, forms a possible check tuple for the whitelist check using the method CL_SLDW=> CHECK_WHITE_LIST( ).
An element name can be a maximum of 298 characters long.
To simplify whitelist administration, we recommend that you use only printable characters for whitelist elements and restrict the names to 128 (or 255) characters.
In addition to the status of the whitelist, each element has a check status.
