Definition

A debugger or an SLAD (software layer aware debugging) profile determines how the debugger behaves with regard to the object sets (layers) in the profile.

The defined behavior specifies whether the objects are visible in the debugger and whether the debugger stops on entry/exit of an object set.

Persistent debugger profiles can be created using transaction SLAD. A debugger profile is a standard workbench object and therefore can be assigned to a package and transported.
