Definition

One character of the G/L account number can be entered here. The characters are counted starting from the last character of the account

number, that is, on the right side.

A maximum of 10-character account number can be used.

Every change to the specified character or to a character of the account number which is to the left of that causes a form feed.

If you do not make an entry, the G/L accounts are issued consecutively, without subdivision.

Use

You can separate the G/L accounts within your list printout by means of form feed; for example, into account categories, account groups of a chart of accounts or into single accounts.
