Definition

Condition types can be grouped together in condition categories. Each condition type can be assigned to an unlimited number of categories. You can use the categories for the following purposes:

  • Identification of certain condition types that are to be used for a special purpose. This identification is carried out via the internal condition category.
  • Definition of consistency requirements:
  • Grouping of condition types that can be used in reporting. Some reports automatically group according to condition categories that are assigned to the internal condition category "Reporting". You can also define reporting forms for condition reports in which the condition category for the columns can be freely chosen.
