Use
If this indicator is set, all selected views are created, with the exception of the Sales Text view, the Purchase Order Text view, and the Classification view, when you save the material master record. As a result, you do not have to access and confirm each screen individually. This function is particularly useful when creating a material master record with a reference.
You can also define that this indicator and/or certain views are preselected by default. You do this by choosing Defaults -> Views, and defining your defaults as required.

Dependencies
Additional data contained on other screens, which you access from the views selected, is not copied from the reference material unless you access and confirm the additional data by choosing the relevant function. This includes the following data in particular:
- Basic data texts
- Internal comments
- Inspection texts
- Document assignments
- Production versions
- Inspection settings (in Quality Management)
- Export licenses
- Customs tariff preferences
