Use
An entry in this field is mandatory. Only documents that are numbered after this date are digitally signed.
The date is a system time (not a local time). If you enter a time, you must enter a combination of starting date and starting time that is after the date/time on which you make this entry. The starting date/time also cannot be in the past, that is, the system cannot digitally sign documents that have already been numbered.
