Use
An entry in this field is mandatory. Only documents that are numbered after this date are digitally signed.
The date is a system date (not a local date). You must enter a date that is after the date on which you make this entry. The date also cannot be in the past, that is, the system cannot digitally sign documents that have already been numbered.
