Definition

Use

You can define several signature remarks for each step of the digital signature process.

To include context information in the signature remark, the following predefined placeholders are available for use:

  • &1 Inspection lot number
  • &2 Operation number
  • &3 Physical-sample-drawing number
  • &4 Physical-sample number
  • &5 Physical sample
  • &6 Notification number
  • &7 Task number
  • &8 Business transaction
  • &9 Current date (UTC)
  • &10 Current time (UTC)

Dependencies

The number of characters available for the signature remark is limited to a maximum of 68 including the replaced placeholders.

Note: Note that the actual context information can be significantly longer than the placeholder itself. For example, the two-character placeholder for the inspection lot is replaced by a 12-character value.
