Definition
Documents must be blocked before they can be delivered. If, during document delivery, the system recognizes that a document is already blocked (by another user who is changing the document, for example) the system continues to delivery the rest of the documents. At the end of the delivery process, the system tries to deliver all documents that could not be blocked the first time through.
If, during the delivery process of a document, resource problems occur, (for example, short-term system overload), after a short pause the system tries to recover system resources and to continue delivery of the remaining documents. At the end of the delivery process, the system tries to deliver all documents that could not be processed the first time through.
You can use this parameter to set how often the system should reattempt delivery.
