Definition
A user role contains fine-tuning controls for processing delivery lists. Technically, the user role is referred to as the list profile.
You can use the delivery scenario to find a user role, which may even be user-specific. You can change a user role manually and override individual attributes on the User role tab on the selection screen for documents to be delivered.
The settings that can be made in the list profile can mainly be grouped into the following categories:
- Attributes that produce default values on the selection screen
- Attributes that only influence the layout of the delivery list. Creation of deliveries is not related to these settings in the standard system.
- With ship-to party's name
- With stock data
- Open deliveries
- Display delivery block with quantity 0
- Use control
- Checkbox on header level
- Traffic light

- Dialog function codes that cannot be executed from the list
- Details about delivery creation controls
- Maintenance of function codes for user role execution are system tables and not (yet) released for maintenance in Customizing. However, you can display them for informational purposes.
