Documentation
Definition
There is a field that contains a cumulated quantity in delivery lists with item or schedule line views. The quantity at which the list line (document item or schedule line) is delivered is defined in this field when it is selected and the delivery process is started in the background. The value is a default and can be changed by manually processing the delivery list on the item or schedule line level.
This procedure is also valid for index lists if they are delivered with a delivery creation profile that takes item criteria into account for the delivery process.
The cumulated quantity is calculated for each schedule line and contains the sum of the open quantity of the current schedule line and the cumulated quantitiy of the previous schedule line (sorted according to schedule line date, VBEP-EDATU). The value is rounded up to a multiple of the value that is defined as the rounding value for the document item, provided that the rule defined here requires rounding and assuming that the document item contains a rounding quantity. Values that are not rounded are added up and rounded at the end.
Schedule lines that do not appear on the schedule line level because they do not match the selection criteria are not included in calculations of the cumulated quantity (planned goods issue time, route schedule, wave pick).
The following rules are currently implemented:
- No cumulation
The open schedule line quantity to be delivered is the quantity at which the list line is delivered. - Sum of all open schedule line quantities to be delivered that fall before the chronologically latest date in the to field (following the Deliv. creation date field) of the selection criteria.
- Sum of all open schedule line quantities to be delivered whose delivery creation date falls within the selection time frame (between the dates in the Deliv. creation date and to fields, respectively), making the calculation of the quantity to be delivered consistent with the selection criteria. However, calculation of the quantities delivered with the order's schedule line quantities is not affected.
- For each rule, there is an additional characteristic value that is not rounded.
