Definition

Name of a detail control profile for creating and processing deliveries.

If you create or process deliveries in the background, specific partners can be predefined for external control in the different scenarios.

The following scenarios are presently supported:

  • Creating deliveries using extended collective processing (scenarios VL10, 0001, 0002, 0003, 0101, 0102, 0103, 0201, 0202, 0203, 500B, 500C)
  • Creating deliveries from quality management (Scenario QM01)
  • Confirmation of picking using function module WS_DELIVERY_UPDATE, e.g per IDoc, BAPI or from the actual LES (Scenario 2000)

You can define the following parameters in a profile for detail control:

  • Delivery of complete documents or selected document items (important for selection criteria at item level, for example, ship-to party, material number, unloading point....)
  • Parallelization of program processing (Performance)
  • Restriction of period, in which a delivery can be carried out (no. of days in the future).
  • Switching off some functions in delivery processing (see fixed domain values for this element)

This profile must be made known to the scenario, in which it is to be used. This can happen at the following levels:

  • directly in the scenario. Choose a method for scenarios, that does not use user roles.
  • if the scenario has assigned a user role, it can be defined there. If a user role is entered in the scenario and a profile is defined there for detail control, this is used.

You can control the profile for detail control of delivery creation here.

You can maintain assignment of the profile for detailed control of the user role here.
