Definition

The status of the message segment is used for managing and classifying the current status of a segment. The subsequent list of possible values is displayed when you choose Possible entries on this field:

• Productive: i.e. checked, tested and in use. If you change these segments, you will usually have to change the segments in the receiver system as well.
• Test: these segments were checked to ensure that they are correct. Thus,they are ready for use.
• Errored: this segment is deficient and cannot be used for data interchange.
• Saved: these segments have not been checked and are not in use. They were only temporarily saved to preclude the loss of the previous changes.
