Use

The following text is required after implementing SAP Note 780249.

If this field cannot be input in change modus, this might be because the serial numbers have already been assigned.

In such a case, first delete the assignments of the serial numbers to the purchase order item.

After changing the subcontracting type, you can make a reassignment using changed check critieria.

Note that you might also have to adapt the components.
