Definition

This indicator allows you to override the system criteria for determining whether a business transaction is relevant to the SED / AERP declaration.

You have the following options

  • Unconditional exclusion of a business transaction from the SED / AERP declaration
  • Unconditional inclusion of a business transaction in the SED / AERP declaration

Example

  • If you select this field, the "exclusion" selection continues to be valid (the SEDEX field has been selected). If this indicator is then assigned to a document, the document will be excluded from the SED / AERP declaration and will not be declared.
This applies even if this document is, for example, a billing document to your customer in Germany.
  • If you select this field, the "inclusion" selection remains valid (SEDIN field has been selected). If this indicator is then assigned to a document, the document will be recorded in the SED / AERP declaration.
This applies even if the document is, for example, a billing document to your customer in the US.
