Documentation
Definition
The starting date for the cycle has the following two purposes:
- It determines the earliest validity date of the cycle.
- By assigning different starting dates you can define different variants for one cycle.
Allocations are only possible with a cycle, if the cycle is valid for the posting timeframe.
Example
Cycle one is defined
- from 01/01/94 to 04/01/94
- and 05/01/94 to 12/01/94
You can select a specific date for cycle one for the allocation. If you select the period from 1 January to 1 April 1994, allocations are only possible for this period. For allocations after 1 May 1994, you need to select 1 May as the beginning date.
