Use
List all the participants of the group appointment. You can enter users, external addresses, organizational units, and distribution lists.
The participants are informed by mail about the appointment.
Depending on your access authorizations for the calendars of the participants, the system enters the appointment in the calendars at the following times:
- Directly
- When the participants execute the appointment notification

Only those participants for whom the indicator Mail is selected and for whom appointment notification is not deselected in the calendar settings receive appointment notifications.
