Definition

Use

If the appointments of your organizational units (for example, your department) are displayed in your calendar in addition to your own appointments, select this field. This is a default setting that takes effect when you call the calendar. You can temporarily change the default setting by choosing Edit --> (Do Not) Display Appointments of Org. Units.

Organizational unit assignment is carried out in the Organizational Management component.
