Use
When a group appointment is created, all participants receive a mail which can have various functions:
- When the mail is executed, the appointment is entered in their calendars.
- The mail is for their information only.
In this case, the organizer of the group appointment was authorized to maintain your calendar and the appointment was automatically entered directly in your calendar.
If this flag is set, you only receive a mail if the appointment has not yet been entered in your calendar.
