Definition

This field contains the debit amount of an account or an account interval.

Use

Depending on function selection, different amounts are entered and/or displayed:

• Define requirements; enter the requirement for the debit posting.
• Display requirements; the requirement since the last initialization is displayed for the debit postings.
• Posted amounts; the total of the amounts posted on the debit side is displayed.
• Display deviations; the difference between the requirements and the posted amounts is displayed.

Dependencies

The amounts are dependent on the currency key. If a currency key was specified for a certain account or account interval, only the amounts posted in this currency are taken into account. If the currency key is not entered, all amounts are taken into account.
