Definition
The reporting point specifies an operation for which a backflush should be executed.
Use
In this field, enter the reporting point for which you want to execute the backflush. If you do not specify a reporting point here and execute the posting, the system lists all the existing reporting points for the production version in the dialog box entitled, Reporting Point Selection.
Dependencies
You can only enter a reporting point after you have selected the indicator RP backflush selected.

Use
Enter in this field the reporting point for which you wish to enter confirmations. A reporting point corresponds to an operation in a routing for which the Milestone Confirmation indicator has been set.
If you do not enter a reporting point in this field and post, the system lists all existing reporting points for the production version in the dialog window Selection of Production Reporting Points. Select a reporting point.
Dependencies
This field appears only if you have assigned an in-house production strategy with the control type Processing with Cards and Reporting Point or Processing with Cards and Reporting Point/Preplanning with MRP to the control cycle.
The Mandatory indicator must be set in the repetitive manufacturing profile for the material for reporting point confirmation.
