Use

If you set this indicator, the system suggests those contracts that contain at least one of the services requested in the purchase requisition in the process of determining suitable sources.

Dependencies

In this case, the probability that the system will find sources that can be suggested to the user is lower than in the case of the setting "Search at item level using material/service group".

Note:

You have the following options with regard to the settings in the two frames for source determination:

• You can set the indicator in the upper frame (general) AND set the indicator "All services" or "At least one service" in the lower frame (specific).

• You can leave the indicator in the upper frame UNSET and choose one setting ONLY in the lower frame.

• You can set ONLY the indicator in the upper frame and make NO setting in the lower frame. In this case, the indicator "No search at service level" is set automatically.
