Definition

Determines that an allocation rule can be generated for a material group from any hierarchy level of your choice.

Use

If you set this indicator, the system generates an allocation rule for the material group you entered and performs the following steps:

  • It establishes whether the information structure was defined with a hierarchy level below that of the material group you entered or with the characteristic "material".
  • The system finds all material groups on this level or all materials within the hierarchy of the material group entered.
  • All the key figures from the period specified are determined for the material groups or materials determined and added up as the key figure for the material group in the allocation rule.
