Documentation
Definition
Determines that group message records are to be deleted.
Use
When you send notifications for allocation tables, message status records are generated in the system. These also have to be deleted. The following distinctions are made:
- Status records for single messages
A single message record is generated for every combination of material and plant in the notification. When you delete an allocation table, the associated single message records are also deleted (see the radiobutton "Allocation table").
- Status records for group messages
Group message records are generated when messages are bundled for a plant (transaction WA11). Since group message records can refer to more than one allocation table, these records have to be deleted in a separate program run.
A record can be deleted when all associated single messge records have been removed from the system.
Notes
- You cannot enter any selection criteria here.
- The program run can produce long runtimes.
