Definition

Determines that allocation tables are to be deleted.

Use

If you select this radiobutton, the system selects allocation tables on the basis of the selection criteria defined and proposes them for deletion. If you confirm the selection proposed by the system, the allocation tables are then deleted from the database.

Dependencies

When you send notifications for allocation tables, message status records are generated in the system. These also have to be deleted. The following distinctions are made:

  • Status records for single messages

A single message record is created for every combination of material and plant in the notification. When an allocation table is deleted, the associated single message records are also deleted.

  • Status records for group messages

Groups message records are created when messages are bundled together for a plant (transaction WA11). Since group message records can refer to more than one allocation table, these records have to be deleted in a separate program run (see the radiobutton "group message records").
