Definition

The where-used indicator determines how the field (characteristic or key figure) is used in the report. The following values are possible:

  • H - Report header

The characteristic is printed in the report header only. If the value of such a characteristic changes, a subtotal is printed. If a sort number is not allocated to a characteristic with this indicator, then it is not printed, but is taken into consideration when subtotals are created.

  • C - Column (characteristic)

The characteristic is printed in the column specified by the sort number. A sort number must be assigned to each characteristic with this indicator.

  • K - Column (Key figure)

The key figure is printed after the last characteristic column in the column specified by the sort number. A sort number must be assigned to each key figure.

The following is a list of the key figures:
    TSL - Transaction currency
    HSL - Currency 2
    KSL - Currency 3
    MSL - Quantity
    ASL - Additional quantity

Make sure that depending on the table installation that all of the cited key figures are not supported.
