Definition

In the Report Writer, each report group has a counter which keeps track of how many times the report group data has been selected. When and by which user the last selection was made is also recorded for each report group.

Using this information, you can determine how often a report is used and for example whether or not it would make sense to delete the report during the process of reorganization.

You can reset the counter to zero as often as you would like; for example when a test report is released for use in a productive system.
