Definition
The title that is to appear on the cover sheet of the request. (Only available, if the output request prints the SAP default cover sheet.)
When Processing a Print Request:
Optional: Enter any title for your output request to make it easier for you and for the system administrator to identify your request.
When Selecting Spool Requests in the Output Controller:
If your users or your print programs enter a title by default when processing a print request, you can use this title to select the relevant spool requests.
Note: A spool request can have both a "Spool Request Name" and a "Title". The former is automatically generated by the spool system, the latter must be explicitly entered by the generating user or program.
If a titel is entered, it replaces the three-part spool request name on the cover sheet and in the request list in the Output Controller.

Use
Procedure
You can use this field to enter a name that describes your spool request. You can later search for the spool request using this name. A descriptive name is also useful to the system administration staff for identifying your spool request.
