Definition
The number of pages in the data stream sent to the output device. This specification is included in SAP spool system accounting records.
The page count may differ from the actual number of sheets printed out at a printer. This is because the SAP System is not able to obtain a page count directly from a printer.
Example: if a printer uses a page length of 30 lines and the SAP System a page length of 55 lines, then the printer will print out twice as many sheets as the page count in accounting records shows.
