Determines, whether a spool request is printed immediately or only when explicitly released.

Use

Procedure

Mark this field if the spool request should be printed immediately. The spool system prints your spool request as soon as possible. You must not carry out any further action to print the spool request.

Leave this field empty to keep the spool request in the output controller until you release it for printing.

Printing only after explicit release is useful if you want to collect several spool requests. If no immediate print is requested, the spool system combines spool requests which have the same attributes automatically. This procedure is also useful if you want to specify the time of printout yourself.
