Definition

Function selection for the case where a code page converter encounters a SAP-specific character: SAP icons, SAP symbols, frame characters or such things.

This function selection defines right from the start, what the converter must do if such a situation occurs. The following values are possible:

Neither identify or convert such characters.

'T'

Convert such characters as best as possible.
