Definition
This indicator determines whether the value for the condition should be posted on the revenue account determined. If you do not set this indicator, the posting is on the corresponding accrual/deferral account.

Revenue recognition
Example
Condition 'DIFF' is determined for the billing item. This condition is not recognized in the order item. There are also no control lines. During the transfer of the billing document to financial accounting an error occurs if the condition 'DIFF' is not indicated as 'Direct Revenue Postings'.
The accounting document cannot be created.
