Definition
Indicates whether a VPRS Update has taken place for the billing document item.
The following attributes are possible:
- Initial
No VPRS update has taken place for the billing document item. - X
A VPRS update has taken place for the billing document item.
Use
This indicator only shows whether or not a VPRS update has taken place. It does not indicate how much the amount was changed. You can find this informaiton in the billing document change log. For more information, see the accounting documents, which you can find in the document flow, for example.
Dependencies
The Compare Report for Revenue Recognition (transaction VF48) evaluates this indicator.
Settlement takes place here using the posting periods. During a VPRS update, the system therefore checks which amount was posted in which period. By using this indicator, accounting documents are only determined if a VPRS update has taken place. This reduces runtimes.
