Definition
Indicator for assigning a condition type to a service charge group.
If service charge keys have not been explicitly assigned to a condition type, you can enter in this field whether or not the condition type is to be settled against all the service charges of the group.
Example
Your entry:
- Condition type AP operating costs, service charge group 1 (operating costs)
This means that the settlement participation is determined in the rental agreement as follows:
First, all service charge keys with the Operating costs indicator '1' (operating costs only) in Customizing for "Properties of service charge key" are determined. This key is then assigned to condition type AP operating costs in the settlement participation.
- Condition type AP heating costs, service charge group 2 (heating costs)
All service charge keys with the Operating costs indicator '0' (no operating costs-heating costs only) are assigned to condition type AP heating costs.
- Condition type AP operating/heating costs, service charge group 3 (operating and heating costs)
All service charge keys are assigned to condition type operation/heating costs.
The same applies to flat rates.
