Invoice Verification: Possible entries for delivery notes
If you flag this field, the system searches for a delivery note number which is similar or identical to the delivery note number entered.
When the system checks the delivery note number, it takes into account the following errors, which could have been made when entering the delivery note number in the goods receipt:
- two successive characters are reversed
- one character has been left out
- one extra character has been entered
- one wrong character has been entered
Combinations of errors are not taken into account.
