Definition

This switch is for printing labels for pick-handling units.

The system prints the labels for handling units that have been assigned to the transfer order . This assignment is only needed for removal from storage so once the transfer order has been confirmed, it is deleted. That means that you cannot print out the picking labels once removal from storage has been confirmed.

The labels are not assigned to transfer order items, so print controls in Customizing for the first transfer order item decide how and where the label should be printed.

If you want labels to be printed on printers for different storage types, we recommend that you set up a transfer order split.
