Sets whether statements are sent, received, or not processed at all for a returnable packaging account.

Procedure

Make the appropriate setting.

If you leave this field blank, the system assumes that statements are received.

Examples

If you receive statements per EDI or via external media (such as fax), set "Statements received" here. When the system automatically determines accounts in statement processing, it only searches for accounts that are set for receiving statements.

Dependencies

It is only possible to send statments if you flag this indicator. Accounts that do not have this indicator flagged are ignored by the system in statement creation.

Note

SAP recommends that you do not change this indicator once statements exist for the account in the system.
