Definition
Users cannot normally confirm or cancel transfer order items that have been passed to a subsystem. By marking or not marking this checkbox, you can control the way the system handles the items that are sent to the subsystem.
Irrespective of whether or not you select the checkbox, the transfer order items can still be processed (marked and cancelled) during the transaction.
However, there are exceptions to this rule depending upon the meaning of "cancellation".
- If you do not select the checkbox, the system sends a cancellation notice to the subsystem but the item is not yet cancelled. This way, the subsystem can decide whether the item can be cancelled and then elect to cancel or confirm it.
- If you select the checkbox, no data transfer takes place and the system cancels the item.
