Definition

The personalization profile is used to set a user-specific view in the initial planning screen, which also affects the planning levels, planning packages, planning methods and parameter sets. The individual elements can be checked in the corresponding check boxes, and are thereby taken over into the profile. Assignment of users is carried out by adding individual user IDs to the list. A single user can be assigned to more than one personalization profile.

The users who are assigned to a personalization profile can then set the personalization profile in the application. The setting remains for the course of a single work session. Alternatively, a personalization profile can be set permanently using the user parameters.
