Definition

The layout determines the screen structure of a line item list.

If you do not select a layout, one of the standard layouts you have specified is used to build the screen. If no layouts have been specified, the line items are displayed in a pre-defined SAP standard layout.

Note

You can also use this field to call up line item layouts used up to Release 4.6C (and, for example, enter them into ALV layouts). Line item layouts are displayed at the end of the possible entries list. If an ALV layout and a line item layout have the same name, one of the following occurs:

• Only the line item layout is used if you selected it via the possible entries function
• The ALV layout is used to display the list if you entered the name.
