Definition
In this field you can enter the name of a characteristic or a value field. A characteristic is defined by a 5-character name, a short text, a text, a long text, the definition of the data type and its length. You can define up to 30 characteristics.
The following fixed characteristics are pre-defined in every operating concern:
ARTNR - Product number
AUFNR - Order number
BUKRS - Company code
FKART - Billing type
GSBER - Business area
KAUFN - Sales document
KDPOS - Sales document item
KNDNR - Customer number
KOKRS - Controlling area
PRCTR - Profit center
SPART - Division
VKORG - Sales organization
VTWEG - Distribution channel
WERKS - Plant
A value field must have a 5-character name, a long text and a quantity/value indicator.
