Definition

Indicator that controls the selection of the pricing method.

Use

There are the following options:

  • Price calculation with planned markup (progressive total price calculation):

The defaulted sales price is determined from the purchase price (net net purchase price) plus or minus a planned markup. If a price point group was defined, then the respective price point is defaulted as a sales price.

  • Calculating the markup from the existing sales price (difference price calculation):

The sales price valid for the key date is defaulted and the markup is adjusted on the basis of the purchase price.

  • Percentage price change (indirect difference price calculation):

It is necessary to enter the percentage price change here. The percentage price change is then subtracted from or added to the base price. If it is for a seasonal material, the price at the start of the season is taken as a base price. If no price is found for this date, the base price is then the oldest price in the season. For materials that are not seasonal, the base price is the price valid on the key date.
