Definition

If, when checking the proposal from the kanban calculation, kanbans are to be removed from the control cycle, the system deletes kanbans with the initial status WAIT. Kanbans with other statuses are locked.

You can decide whether the system is first to delete kanbans with a high status or with a high number. Kanbans that were locked (as they were not set to the status WAIT) may be deleted later, if necessary.

Deleting kanbans with a high status first means that the system deletes kanbans that are no longer required as quickly as possible.

Deleting kanbans with a high item number first means that you can retain a closed number range.
