Definition
Specifies a condition type that is used for stamp tax calculation in Portugal.
Use
You assign different stamp tax condition types to the following stamp tax types:
- Acquisition
- Lease - Basic
- Lease - Rent Increase
- Lease - NULA Rent Adjustment
In case of the three Lease stamp tax types, you additionally need to specify a condition group for base condition types of stamp tax. You can assign the same condition group to each of them.
